Find someone who can be a mentor for you and teach you how to be a leader by learning from what they did. Or learn from your employees on how to better improve yourself to make the workplace better for everyone. Anyone can be a source of inspiration on how to be a better leader. You just need to look.
Love your work
The most important aspect of being a good leader is you must love what you are doing. Without that, then you probably won’t be a good leader. Loving what you do creates a positive energy that can inspire both you and your team. Try to challenge your team to come up with new ideas and be open to them. Always look for ways to improve your business, because you love it and want the absolute best for it. Always come in with a positive outlook on your work because that is the best way to motivate others and yourself.
